Please provide artwork files in Quark, Illustrator, Pagemaker, EPS or PDF format. 
Imprinted image area on Front Pocket is 3 1/2 " wide x 2 3/8" high. 
PDF proof for printed orders $25 if required.   NO SETUP FEES

Delivery:
Blank holders ship in 1 -2 business days.  Imprinted holders ship in 7 - 10 business days.
